Paragon Services Inc. has been in business over 30 years and specializes in multi-family apartment repair and renovation programs for the exterior of buildings.

BKB Construction, L.P. was created approximately 18 years ago due to the specific insurance and state requirements for California.

Our clients include several national REIT’s whom we’ve performed projects for every year since the mid 1990’s, and we have also worked in most markets throughout the U.S. over those years. We currently have projects going not only in Dallas and Houston, but also in many cities throughout the country spanning from coast to coast.  We have many employees who have been with us throughout our existence and we use our own forces on projects with the exception of some guttering, roofing or MEP which requires a specific state license.

We specialize in exterior cladding repairs for stucco, siding, concrete, and weather barriers to include flashing, windows and horizontal waterproofing as well as deck coating. We have the capability to solder flashing onsite to custom build any type of flashing required for a project.
